Change hard drive mapping to usb from hdd

I recently flashed my box and my external storage drive is mapped in mount manager as usb which is what it should be.

When I go to record settings it's set as hdd and will not let me change this to usb.

I click on the option to see if it let's me change but doesn't

What am I doing wrong.

Go to menu/setup/system/customise & set setup mode to expert & save.

Then going to menu/setup/system/ & it will show recording paths like below.
