My nephews Ipod Touch 4th gen has frozen ?

    hold the power and home button together till the ipod reboots m8
    If all else fails do a restore and yes if you restore you lose everything.

    Hold the front button and the power button together and it'll reboot.
    Sometimes you can hold them both for several minutes, but it will reboot.
