I'd love that. Take the money out of football.
It should never have been allowed for money to buy a trophy.

Still waiting on more information, but Karen Murphy was back in court today for the final result of her case, and she won.
BBC News - Pub landlady Karen Murphy wins TV football court case
QuoteBut a judge made clear that many other complex issues regarding the wider legality of screening matches would have to be decided "at a later date".
And so it continues. -
Found it https://github.com/E2OpenPlugins/e2openplugin-AntiLogo
It's for the DM800se -

I can't believe how naive your being.
The judgement is only going to be about what they where sueing for. It's not up to the judge to list every single possibility of how you might show a football match.
The judgement doesnt say you can't use a domestic subscription to show in a pub, but we know you can't and sly would sue your ass.Go for it and show an internet stream, if sly find out they will sue you and you will lose. Probably be an easier case than the current one because you haven't even paid anyone for the right to show it.

Yes, if a coppa downloads music or films without paying, he is breaking the law!
It's really not hard to understand.
The judgement doesn't cover Internet because they weren't sueing karen murphy for using the Internet.
If they chose to sue someone else for using the Internet then another judgement may be called for.
The sly judgement doesn't say I cant pirate they're cards, but we know that is still illegal! -
The websites broadcasting football streams are in fact breaking the law.
You cant legally watch over the Internet because you haven't paid to watch it.
It's like downloading a film. Just because it's on the Internet doesn't mean it's legal for you to watch it.The judgement came about because people where in fact paying and therefor had a right to watch it. Sly say you can't buy tv from abroad but the whole point of the EU is 1 global maker to buy and sell in.

The court case was about buying foreign satellite, however the judgement has given *** nod that they can sue for breach of copyright. If you want to show via Internet, then go for it, but it's still against their copyright if it contains their logos, music etc..
Just because the judgement doesnt mention internet doesn't mean it's ok.We'll have a better idea after the copyright court have had their say.

Unlawfully and without our authorisation
They don't give authorisation to show any premier league not via *** whether its through satellite or Internet! -
It'll probably drag on for another year before its clear what's what.
-
I think you'll find the judgement allowed the use of foreign decoders and deemed it totally legal to buy a subscription from within the EU.
However you are breaking copyright law by showing the premier league logo and using their English commentary and music etc.. That's why they have suddenly stuck a premier league logo on the screen. The case has been forwarded to the copyright court as the judge reckons there should be a way to show the games without breaking copyright.

I dont think it matters where your getting the source from.
In the last week or 2, the premier league broadcasts from the likes of Viasat have had the premier league logo in the bottom right hand corner.
Showing this is a breach of copyright regulations and will get you done. -
Junger, that could be an old peer that you have removed. They might not have removed their old line and still try to connect to you.

I tried DDNS on my ddwrt but it wouldn't update. I updated to the most recent version and DDNS worked, but it stopped my LAN ports working (I lodged a bugtracker on ddwrt). Went back 1 version, and it's all working great with dyndns updates :-)

Don't worry about the no power when unplugging. Mines done that since day 1.
If I unplug I have to wait a minute or 2 before plugging back in.My network also went funny a few weeks ago.
Do a factory reset then reflash. -
I use ddwrt on mine too, but I use pc to update dyndns.
Can ddwrt do this? Which menu is it under?
Thx -
I can get a couple of channels on 24.5w but nothing scans on that freq :-(

While we're on the subject, an Everton feed would be good ;-)
