Backing up image with usb Blackhole image

    As the title says but when i go to device manager it says searching for device then i get green screen telling me about software problem and reboots.
    am i right in thinking i mount usb stick via device manager then use the blackhole image back up option.
    If this is the case any ideas on how to get past the first stage.

    Sorry if this is in the wrong place it says enigma 2 support.

    I have used dcc2 and back it up does this back up the full image or settings.
    When you say back it up on HDD i did not do this i just went straight to DCC2
    How do i save to HDD.
