when you have this problem on dm500 in dcc
Error 10057 in function Send Socket is not connected.)
disable the firewire on your virusscanner=(avg ,norton...)or enable port 80

The ip address of the DM500 has probably changed, click the search button in DCC to scan the network..
If you want a static ip address disable DHCP in network settings..
