Continuous recording?

I am curently using Black Hole image and am wondering whether there is a setting I could use to provide continuous recording - ie the ability to instantly rewind to see again some snippet? I know that if using "pause live recording" then this is available but it is not normal to be watching TV a little behind.

That looks to be exactly what I am looking for, but cannot find it for download! Any pointers for where I can get it?

What image are you using? Most images have it pre installed, just connect your hdd or usb stick setup in menu and off you go.
