have left the card in original box for the past 3 night. have non restricted c:lines and an n:line and still it wont. they run out at midnight tomorrow what should i do?

Mine update perfect and have never had to go into the original box

Unbelieveable mucker. Changed my au = from 1 to ***uk and an hour before they expired they all updated to 16-6. Happy days

Probably a coincidence - below from oscam wiki;
Quoteau = [label of reader] # sending EMMs to specified reader
(security issue: clients can see SC data!)
au = 1 # auto AU is sending EMMs to all readers
(security issue: clients can see SC data!)
Both should work equally the same, but with au = 1 all EMMs will be sent to all readers.
For me au = 1 never worked but matching reader name always did, can recall helping many with the same problem this way also.

Just to clarify how I got my entitlements to update in my smargo reader.
I changed au = to the name of the reader ie ***uk
I created an n:line and c:line with no restrictions
Now that my entitlements are not due to expire for some time, to protect my card from sly would I be better changing the au = to 0? This will stop it receiving any emms?

In my opinion i think it better to keep your card updating always, missing updates seems to cause more problems than anything else in this topic.

Its only a matter of time now till we all lose the HD/premiums and by stopping emm updates to your card should be fine until the entitlements run out. Its is up to you on how you go about it as we will all be seeing dark screens soon.
Well im glad it worked but could just be coincidental from my post who knows not me anyways, mine always been set that way and have always updated fine, glad your updated now lets see how we go after june ha ha ha ha ha
At this stage it might still help to have a whitelist and i would leave oscam
do its business updating LOL....
A whitelist is not needed , and anyone not wanting an unwanted emm watch who you share with and dont get found out youll be fine for a good while till new cards come out
Was getting a bit worried about my entitlements not updating 5ly card, they were due too run out on the following dates 25/5/13 - 20/5/13 - 31/5/13 and only yesterday they did update to the following 20/6/13 - 14/6/13 - 19/6/13 have au on using oscam/cccam in Ubuntu server only time will tell if I get past the 20/6/2013
Nae panic they will update if you leave au on they also seem to be coming thru in the day if you miss the hit sent out youll get it the next time it also sends out a make sure hit before they expire at the last gasp , long time no see auld yin
