    Nline is always a good choice to be fair But the Scrambled msgs Can be many things
    Poor Speed net
    Poor Line provider if your on a crappy payserver of the web
    Others using your net at same time etc etc


    Make sure the share you have is a good one or you will always get Freezes and intermittent problems which is why Sharing between mates is always the best way forward
