Channels have disappeared

    Freeview channels are still available but other channels are still ok


    on vix 3


    any particular reason why cahnnels would suddenly disappear? have another box working fine, this one has been working fine for 4 months


    edit: it now says configure epg before start downloading when i go to update epg, this shouldnt stop channels working?

    Just do a rescan. Providers move things around every now and then.

    Do you use AutoBouquetsMaker? If not, Install AutoBouquetsMaker plugin from feeds and configure it for your Sub & Region. Then Scan through that plugin and it will sort everything nicely assuming you use one of these subs:
