Click on this icon
> Press Browse then search for the file on your PC > Select the file then press Upload..
If you cannot see this icon

no mate either way it is the same!
Unless your using the mobile version of the site.....in the quick reply section of a thread/post click Go Advanced and you will see the paperclip icon in the top bar as suggested!
Are you viewing in mobile view....the attachment option isn't available!...select the full site view at bottom of screen! and you should get the desktop view which will allow you to attach!
