Hi, done exactly what was said in post 1, everything seemed to go OK but my oscam looks different from the image. Is this ok or did I do something wrong?

Simplebuild doesn`t build the Modern Webif anymore..
Maybe this will be useful -> Skyndas WebIf Template
-
If I wanted to update my oscam to a newer edition, would I have to go through the simple build root or could I just download oscam from the site and just delete the old and replace it with the new in the oscam directory, would this not work?

Either or bud, both options will work..

Cheers Master G, I've tried to install that
When uploading the files, is the location root/etc/tuxbox/config/tpl or /usr/local/etc/tuxbox/config/tpl or something else? thanks

-
hi, is there a guide how to build oscam-emu?
-
Download the patch, add it to your folder, for me opt/simplebuild/patches then add it to your build configuration.
-
Is this still working?
Makefile:421: recipe for target 'build/i686-linux-gnu-libusb-pcsc/reader-conax.o' failed
make[1]: *** [build/i686-linux-gnu-libusb-pcsc/reader-conax.o] Error 1
make[1]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
Makefile:373: recipe for target 'all' failed
make: *** [all] Error 2
Have not tried it for some month, but now it's giving me this errorEDIT: I deleted condfig folder with CLEAN, and now it compiled without erros

maybe a dumb q: what's the difference between MIPSEL, MIPSOE20, OPENPLI40 types of oscam-emu?
witch one is for dm800se ?
THX.
-
Mipsel, for receivers with linux...Mipsoe20 for receivers with enigma2,,,,Openpli40 for Openpli4 image operating receivers.
-
-
MIPS is the processor that your DM800SE uses, the rest of your question is a little disjointed as they refer to image OE structure and builds which is not relevant to your main issue/question.
misu You are a little off the mark buddy.
I know the processor of my box.
the q was about type of OSCAM: oscam-svn11429-mipsel-webif; oscam-svn11433-mipsoe20-webif or oscam-svn11431-openpli40-webif
read my post again.

What image are you running on your 800SE ? without that information you can not get the answer, also I assume you are asking in this section because you are unsure what oscam to build ?

today i have openpli, but sometimes i do like blackhole.

I've managed to compile oscam following instructions. All went well without any errors allong the way. My experimental oscam is running now and web interface works (old one, I didn't use modern style).
But every time after reboot a message pops "System program problem detected". Everithing works as expected but it pops on every reboot.
Didn't happened before osam setup so it's probably oscam related. Anyone else experience this?
I'm running Lubuntu10.04 long term 32bit system.
Not to forget to say a big Thanks for this tutorial!
Cheers
