Updating Oscam to latest SVN - Ubuntu & debian with Simplebuild

The connection is not working ...

I had an old version of oscam and simplebuild and I am trying to update oscam version.

I am getting the attached screen when entering ./simplebuild debinstall and ./simplebuild menu any ideas ?

is it because I am using an old version of debian?

No, you are using old Simplebuild.

Us the above command and fresh install s3

When installed:- cd /opt/s3/

Then:- ./s3 menu

I am getting stuck in the below :S

Image one I am unsure, at what stage of the install are you seeing this ? I have never had this issue.

Second image just follow the instruction and choose what suites your needs best.

I deleted all the folder and started again and seems to have downloaded the latest version r11517

After building the oscam file I went to /opt/s3/support/binaries renamed the file to oscam2, uploaded to /bin and gave permissions of 755

However when running the startup line (/bin/oscam2 -b -c /usr/local/etc/oscamusers) I am getting segment fault.

Any ideas? this is a brand new server debian (Linux version 2.6.32-5-686 (Debian 2.6.32-45) (dannf@debian.org) (gcc version 4.3.5 (Debian 4.3.5-4) ) #1 SMP Sun May 6 04:01:19 UTC 2012 )

Is it possible to use the old simple build and not the new one ?

Old Simplebuild does not work.

Have you tried Oscam install by Prilly ?

I am transferring the oscam without the debug to /bin, giving it 755 permissions and run it. is that the correct one ?

Yes that will work just fine.

i done all the installation into oscam-svn and successfully patched it with emu. but at the end when i try to give make command i get those errors at the end.
