You have to remember that not all cards have the same ecm times.
You cannot really compare a $ky card with a JSC one. Viaccess cards are normally around the 400-500 mark any way by my own past experience with my old TNTSat and Fransat cards. My old SECA Cyfra card was usually around the 0.350 msec mark and one of my Conax cards is as high as 0.800 msec.
NDS cards as a general rule of thumb are usually 0.090 to 0.130, although i have seen some people state they have got them down to 0.075 msec.
Just ask your peers if they are clearing off you OK. If they are whats the point of risking damaging your card just to try and get a few more milliseconds which probably won't make a lot of difference anyway.

Thanks nano , if thats the ecm time thats fine then just though thats what was causing nok in cccam , will leave things as they are , till my readers and other cards come and take it from there
-
nok is usually caused if the ecm being asked for is not one that your card can give.
I.e its for a channel that may be supplied by your provider but is not one that your card has entitlements for.
