Starview Box connects and disconnects continually

Thanks to Richard and masterg for sorting my problems out, i can now share, whoopee
however my m8 who I asked to test a line for me has had to enter the cline through the starview combi menu (with remote control), when he does that the picture clears for a minuite or so then drops, and the cycle repeats itself. anyone know why and if there is anything I can do to keep him online to me?

Ok Problem sorted, even though I thought the non used/other servers were turned off (Cccam Newcmd Off OFF) it was actually connecting to the defunct servers,(the ip username etc were in white) you see there are 2 offs, the first off in rotaion can still attempt connection until the next OFF is selected aand the server detail turns blue. Hope that is clear to understand.
