hi when installing addons/plugins get message opkg_conf_load could not lockvar/lib/opkg/lock resource temp unavailalable

Are you trying to install the addons/plugins through the image plugin panel?

Have you tried installing by the telnet method?
Place the ipk file in the tmp folder, then start a tenet session.
Paste this command into telnet : opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/(put the name of the ipk pack here)
for example: opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/enigma2-plugin-extensions-autobouquets-e2_201209301945_all.ipk
