After installation of 2.0.3 Hyperspace image on Vu+ Solo2, I installed Mgcamd 1.38 for 2xxx blackhole but nothing clears except
Sinema TV Ask and Sinema Tv Aksyon on Turksat. It was ok with earlier 1.7.9 blackhole image.
Mgcamd 1.38 for Vu+ Solo2 does not clear anything other than Sinema TV Ask and Aksyon

maybe you aren´t subscribed to the whatever you think it should open....
Do not ask for soft keys here as we don´t keep them.. -
In mg_cfg try changing box type to dreambox/mips;

Dear Admin I have exact copy of mg_cfg as above in the box type but to no avail. The box type is not recognized by Dreambox Control
Center. The message from DCC is as follows:
Enigma2 detected (Boxtype unknown) -
Did you install this version here --> mgcamd-1.3.8_blackhole2_all.ipk ?

Yes I did download Mgcamd from this link. I am so fed up with this problem that I switch to another STB to watch some channels. Could you
please recommend some back up image for trial? I would be grateful. -
Can`t suggest a backup image sorry, but you might want to try the latest ViX image, another user had the same issue as you and was able to clear channels by changing the box type here --> http://linuxsat-support.com/vu…hannels-not-clearing.html..

Thanks dear. I am really amazed at the speed of response to the queries in this forum. As regards my issue I would like to stick to Blackhole
2.0.3 Hyperspace as it is very convenient to use except this small nuisance. I would like to know whether any other user is facing the same

One more thing I might like to add is that I log into the box with DCC with changed password. The username is root.

Is there a particular reason you prefer mgcamd ? you might want to try CCcam or oscam instead for a solution..

I have been using CCcam for quite some time but don't know much about oscam. I am interested in Mgcamd for sport feeds etc. I remember
very well that with the initial blackhole images other channels could be cleared with Mgcamd but with the newer images it is no longer possible. -
You might want to try this --> enigma2-plugin-cams-oscamymod18-t39_bh_all.ipk..
It will allow you to view sport feeds / key files that cazuela was talking about..
Inside the download you will find 2 files named oscam.keys & constant.cw
FTP oscam keys to /etc/tuxbox/config
FTP constant.cw to /usr/keys/
Restart Oscam & enjoy!
If you have CWS lines you were using in mgcamd let us know and we can show you how to convert it to a remote newcamd reader for oscam..
