How do you Put Cline into VU+ Solo using Blackhole

I want to put a Cline into Solo + using Blackhole.
I have Notepad and Dreambox toolbox. Got a rough Idea but not to sure how to do it..
Have Cams up and Working.

Or you can also try flashfxp to edit the cccam.cfg in var/etc.
