DM800SE Advice

    Hi guys, I'm new to all this business. Got a DM800SE Clone on the way and have a couple of questions.


    Firstly, What image do people believe it the best bet for this box? I've read a lot and see Black Hole and Dream Elite are popular but I'm not sure what to go with?


    What's the difference between a backup image and a standard one? Can I use a backup image for my new box or do I need a 'non' backup image first?

    Hi bud.
    Pli 2.1 a great image & runs with some cracking plugins too
    a backup Image is one a member has saved & uploaded to forum it will include Cams/plugins/bouquets etc enableing the receiver to be virtually ready to go when flashed.
    longitude/Latitude setting if using a motorised setup will need to be edited etc

    BBCIplayer & 1channel plugins will need updating likes fella

    Inspiral - where can I find these updates? Ive got ITV player and stuff all up and running but cant find updates for these anywhere!

    Here's the latest 1channel
    You need py2.6 version
    Uninstall your current version you can use TSPanel to do this! & reboot!!


    Unrar 1channel py2.6 save to desktop !! & then with DCC ftp to tmp folder set attributes to 755
    Then in software management you can manual install it then reboot!!

    Cheers guys, having issues with my box anyway :( keeps rebooting itself, particularly when i plug in usb devices :( Tried different images and so on...no joy have asked for a replacement and awaiting reply but not too hopeful!
