hello, can anyone please tell me how do i get an omnikey 3121 card reader working on the vu+solo,any help appreciated

You need support (PCSC) from your image and also support from your cam. Oscam 8676 has it....

Not by default the one you are using i compiled especially for BlackHole, if this is your image you can use the one below if not you need to install the driver files also.
