use channel editor for openbox

That is the problem with all the openbox's you are by and large restricted to using stock firmware and features..
5 minute tasks on a dreambox can become a 5 hour tasks on the openbox..
If you want real control & opensource features you will need an enigma 1 or enigma 2 linux box..
It's a pitty really, I have an S9 myself, immaculate HD picture quality on a par with any of the big name box's..
but user interface is straight out of the 80's & way too much of a pain to set up..

Just looking through my files m8, here is a piece of software with similar features to DCC that I used to connect to my openbox S9

I am not sure if it will work with your f5, but worth a try..

There is no other chose
so if you do not like you have to do it manuell by hand throu the edit fav channel
or chenge your box to a real box
F3 had it's own lan manager,so I doubt the original one will work for F5, if any.
