Updating CCcaminfophp

  • i read somewhere that updating cccaminfophp too often (i.e more than once a day) is bad for your server and peer connections? is this true?

  • As new2 says, it´s not true whatsoever.. caminfo is only a "passive" reader..it cannot influence the server ,, but can confuse the peer if he/she becomes obsessed with updating it so often,,meaning the readings will always be different but thats all...

  • No, updating CCcaminfophp isnt damaging your server/peers.


    Making changes to CCcam.cfg though will make your clients and your own connection if watching a share judder momentarily.
