Tune failed

Still getting tune failed on boxnation which I subscribe to and
while searching around with the box I have noticed when I go
to information/service it doesnt show any video format or
video size it's just blank but on other channels these are filled in.
Was wondering if this would be the reason I can't tune it in,also
if I go to sat finder and fill in frequency etc.there is no signal and
I have the dish positioned spot on.No fingernails left.

It's the duo2 and frequency is 12606 v 27500 2/3

The same happened last weekend but came back on
Monday and lost it again on Thursday so don't know
what is going on.

Some channels also stating tune failed.The box is reading my card
On other channels.Ive noticed on other sats. that channels are not
tuning in even with updating channel list.
