My openbox is blocked

How do you mean blocked? Is it password blocked or is it not powering up?

Just for info in january and march firmware updates there was a software bomb included to kill off clone boxes. Which firmware have you on your box and can you confirm u have original or clone receiver.

Please give us more information.

Have a look at this thread http://linuxsat-shares.com/ope…enbox-clone-firmware.html then look through the top cover of the receiver at the colour of the card reader circuit board. If it's brown and not green chances it will probably be an original and you'll be ok with the new firmware.

My box has the brown card reader and I've not had any problems flashing the new firmware.

as hambo said . plenty of these boxes appearing as clones so identify if you have fake or not before flashing . You have still not fully explained your original post of BLOCKED. Blocked how ?? server connections blocked , box access blocked , box wont boot , blah blah blah

Explain what you have done already and what you are getting as a result!...

Is it a cloned openbox?

I'd say send it back to who you bought it from m8..

Sounds like it was a clone killed by the new software possibly...

not true m8 just make sure you buy a original openbox and not a clone as thee is plenty of support on here ;)
