HDD problem

    Upgrading from 2.1, and for some reason it does not detect my HDD, nor can I ftp in. New to this so be gentle lol I realise its something I am doing wrong, some pointers would be great as I like the new version.


    Reverted back to 2.1, all ok

    Above info was slightly incorrect, the HDD is detected, but shows up as empty ie 1TB,despite having films etc on from the previous version 2.0.1,
    it should display around 700gb
    FTP also fails, despite using the PW for BH 2.0.5 backup


    Any help appreciated

    Is the HDD mounted properly in the image buddy? press the blue button on your remote twice, and you will see mount manager, enter here and you should see if your HDD is listed, you need to mount it as media/hdd.

    What do you think the cause of not being able to FTP on the latest version, or is this connected in some way to the HDD not being mounted, FTP works fine on the old image.
    unable to test at the moment as SWMBO is watching the soaps lol, and I would suffer a fate worse than death!
