changing pin and emm update

Should I be seeing an emm written in oscam when changing the pin?

I see them coming in on cccam.

I reinstalled from fresh but still have this issue

I have left the server on for a few days and got an emm today, but still it has not been passed to oscam.

I'm testing with a FTV card, is there anything I have missed?
