BBC prime? not sure what this is - but channel lists will be made by a person who will select one of the many UK regions, if it is not the one you want then you need to find the correct regions (press green for satellites instead of blue for favourites) - find 28.2e services - and one of the ITV's there will be granada - they have a HD channel as well as SD - you can find details of the various channels here

To match up to the right region - when on one of the ITV channels - press menu - select information - then select sevice - here you can check PIDs and Multiplex information to match up to the one that says it is ITV Granada on kings of sat.
When happy you have found the correct one, highlight this channel on the channel list by highlighting the channel you want on the channel selection screen, press menu - select "add service to bouquet" and then choose the relevant one - you can delete the existing entry if you like.

Alternatively use autobouquets or autobouquets maker to make your own 28.2e list and select the Merseyside region or whichever region you require.

i dont think bbc prime exists anymore,you can find all the bbc and itv regions on vhannibal settings under the boutique freesat mate,they will be in the same area as all sly uk channels
