I have the possibility to purchase a new VU+UNO for 250 pounds locally or order the new solo2 330 pounds delivered, the 2 tuners is not important a single will be OK. I want to be able to stream tv channels to a pc in another room via wired ethernet and use iplayer etc. Would the extra processing power of the solo2 and gig Ethernet warrant the extra cost or would the UNO do the job just as well. Also do you think the UNO will continue to be supported as its an older bit of kit.
