i have not got dhcp ticked does that mean its static

Check your router settings & dns updater, all ports are showing closed from here using portscan.
mate if dhcp is ticked it means that your dm500 is being assigned address from router. You need to set dm500 as static ; untick dhcp option . Then assign ip address to the same that you had setup port forwarding to within your router

ten had a look at my router page as some ports were open that shouldnt be,after he did what he did it was ok

ok no clashing of ip's so guess it a router prob again . Best you speak with ten m8 i'm sure he will sort again . Don't want to hijack this one
