how can i get crossepg to run 19.2 and 28.2 at same time

It is possible buddy, you can use opentv as your provider for the epg on 28.2 but you will need to choose XMLTV in the crossepg menu for your 19.2

Both can run together and in your crossepg setup menu you should have the choice to decide which one updates first, it should be under Providers start order.

for spanish epg I use MHW2 providers in crossepg and working ;)
I manually run the epg download for spain D+
