i know omnikey 3121 cardman can read the 963 nds card, but does it need oscam+newscam?
can oscam alone do it?, just confused after loads of reading.
i make a debian server with external cardreader - omnikey 3121
seems not to work with oscam alone reading.
as well it depends the oscam version i can see.
can someone clear this pls.

i am using ubuntu with Oscam only, (peers connect via CCcam protocol) omnikey reads my 0963 card without issues, compile your Oscam with PCSC and you should be good to go. (tried and tested on many Oscam revisions up to date.)
