Hiya guys, I set up my oscam last night, but its not clearing the channels on my box for some reason. I set up a nline to my cccam.cfg but ecm is always 0%. My oscam info page says not found by lower card. I'm using a debian with smargo reader and my receiver is a dreambox800

I've sorted this probblem out now, channels are clearing okay for now
-
what was the solution m8?
-
The problem was reader protocol settings, thanks to richard t for spotting this.
-
Got the same problem, telling us exactly what u changed in the settings would be helpful
-
as ten had posted gangsta issues were reader protocol settings. Oscam could not be reading for lots of reasons. If it was working and then it wasn't something must have changed . Post your oscam.server config omitting and box keys etc
regards
t

I had to change my protocal to "mouse" and got it working. What problem are you having? As newtolinux said, post out your oscam.server file here and we can see whats wrong. Are you using debian and what reader?

You have labelled your reader as Tring ( note the capital T ) however your au= setting in oscam.user is tring ( note lowercase t ) so your card not getting the emm updates it needs to work.
Check in webif the reader entitlements and note the tier dates

tried that still nothing
c test1 (0BAA&000000/0003/67:CAE0): not found (94 ms) by tring (of 1 avail 1) -
Log into webif in oscam
click on readers tab at top
click on show entitlement towards the right hand side for your tring cardreport back the entitlements dates.
Also cccam is not great at sending emm's to oscam . Mgcamd is the best for a succesful emm to oscam.
Can you see in your oscam debug log any emm's received ?
