Dreambox 800 . USB TUNER . Any ideas ?????????? Anyone tested ?????????????

    It would be interesting to know if anyone has tested a usb tuner in their dm800 . If so which one ???? What were the signal levels like ????? etc etc ......

    I use the AVerMedia AVerTV DVB-T A850 Volar HD black (OK) through the laptop to view premium channels.( dvbprog + hadu) it is the most popular of sticks in spain compatible with just about all boxes with usb..
    I have also tested the AVERMEDIA AVER-TV VOLAR EX (OK )

    I tried WinTV NOVA-T stick with DE 1.2.4 and is ok (DM800 genuine). I tried the same stick with Newnigna2 v3.2.1 without success. Does any body manage to make it work? and if yes how?

    there doesnt seem to be any support from/for Newnigna2 v3.2.1 at the moment,at least I couldn´t find it ..

    there is some support for dvb-s in the new dream elite image on the vu duo . Not tested though . I read that adding a stick uses about 15-20% of the receivers cpu . So on something like a dm800 i think it would struggle to run with an extra tuner. Has anyone actually tried and got working ??
