HELP please

Hello i bought 2 alien 2 boxes 1 for me 1 for a friend both boxes started of having hyperion v1 on them after about a month my box started to loose channels u could just flick up 1 channel and all that would be there is a black screen. when u flick back that one might have gone aswell, the only way to get them back is reboot enigma 2 or a full reboot i have since changed to hyperion v2 ( same result) now v3 again same result i have'nt put these images on cause not a clue how to do it (new to all this) but friends box still runs fine logic says to me my box is faulty but could it be something else, both boxes were bought brand new not tried yet to see if it happens on spark (only just thought of that while wrighting this ) thanks again

Hello there thanx for reply. no, server not mine, but both boxes connected to the same server both boxes were set up by a friend with same software ie hyperion v1 from pkt i have also tried v2 and v3 still no difference.
also introduced myself on 11.05.2013 dont no if thats right though cheers again
