cache3. How to?

    Okay. Here's the scene.


    I've a working OSCAM with no problem. Now my member wants to run his own OSCAM with my Nline as its being difficult for him to rely on me for everything.


    I agreed and gave him a Nline. Now his server is running perfect. But he we're planning to make use of cache3 to reduce his usage.


    I'm kinda noob in cache matter. Can someone help me in this case? I prefer a detailed explanation.
