Hi All,
I have a server that I set-up with great help from this community. I can use Filezilla and edit configs, change permissions etc. My problem is as follows. A second server which was set-up by a third party, which is also running on debian will only allow me to edit certain files such as cccam config etc. I tried using putty with the "vi" command etc, but am still being denied making changes with the notice "operation not permitted".
Any ideas.
