HELP - Can't access DUO2 via ftp

Can someone help me please, I have inadvertently moved a file whilst trying to update my satellites.xml file in filezilla, and now I can't access my DUO2 via telnet or FTP.

DO i need to reflash the duo2 software, if so which version 1.6 or 2.1. I have backups of my VIX 3.0 which I also run on the box. Tried factory reset and restore an image but that didn't work.

reflash one of your backups through a usb stick..
if its vix 3. then you need to use oe2.0
