Missing info on EPG

Hey guys, newbie here so apologies if this has been asked before.When pulling up my epg, some channels have no info? For some channels the grid is completely empty. Do I need to adjust anything or is this a common problem?

I'm using vix748 image with the metrix HD skin.

Will do cheers buddy. I've sorted it now, found a guide in another thread. I hadnt set up cross epg.
