check your ports, except the server port, are all closed bud...

Cheers mate, I think you nailed it. I've been messing about with port forwarding in order to try and remote stream using dyndns. I've closed the ports that were open and the problem seems to have been fixed.

Am I right in thinking somebody has been accessing these ports which is why the 2nd tuner was blocked?

If so, is there a more secure way of port forwarding/streaming?

    Hi all,

In the last week or so I've been having issues withy solo2 and the tuners. Basically if I record something the receiver is telling me there isn't a free tuner when I try changing the channel to a different channel in order to watch something else. There has never been an issue previously, I've owned the receiver for over a year.

Its like it thinks both tuners are busy... I've noticed the info bar that it's says Tuner AB and the A is white and the B is yellow if that means anything???

I have tuner A set as simple, 28.2e disceq no and tuner B is exactly the same.

    Any ideas?

Using Vix Hades, Happens with the media player from plugins and I also try by using the standard player on vix by plugging the stick in and then loading the file list changing the location to the usb...

Not sure what you mean by the numbering sorry?

    Anybody have any ideas?

    Hi all,

does anybody know why I'm not able to fast forward or rewind properly when I'm watching a video file on a usb stick plugged into my solo2. It will fast forward but at a very slow rate, and then when I press play it tends to skip back quite a bit.

Is it something to do with the speed of the usb? If so, is there a setting I can change that might help?

Cheers (Apologies if this is in the wrong place)

Hi all I'm running openatv and I'm trying to download the epg from crossepg plugin, I've got the save path pointed at my mounted usb but it's not saving any info when downloaded. Any ideas?

Hi all, I'm running vix hades on technomate nano 2 super. Been away for a week and receiver has been turned off at the mains. The epg obviously hasn't updated so ive just tried downloading cross epg manually and nothing seems to be happening? The 'loading data' bar pops up but then it goes back to the menu. Is it down at the moment, have I missed anything in the last week?

    Cheers

Explain what it is you are trying to do buddy ?

Sorry bud, should have said. I'm trying to set up my solo2 as a server to share a local s** uk card. These are the configs I've downloaded from the forum. I've installed them onto my solo2 and I'm able to access oscam from my browser, just wondering which bits I actually need to edit now.

Hi all, can anybody help me by letting me know which parts of these configs I need to edit?

    Cheers
