BT sp*** not clearing

you did put in the right card details and aren't trying to use a multiroom card as bt sport doesn't do multiroom

Is it a sly card you are using??? if you just added BT sports on has the emm came through yet to add the package? or where did you buy this subscription from??

You need to get the entitlements - if you put the card in the original box it might get paired to the box so not a good idea as then it will not work outside the box. Have you managed to get entitlement updates before on your current setup?

Remove the whitelist, it's more hassle than it's worth to maintain. Then see if BT Sports clear...

try rescanning your channels - the srvid that is not clearing is not the current BT Sports srvid from what I just found
C5E4 is BT Sports 1 HD
C5E9 is BT Sports 2 HD
C4BD is BT Sports 1 SD
C4C7 is BT Sports 2 SD

I dont think the ecm whitelist is the problem here but i agree to remove that as its a made up disaster list for full pack cards...your card would only need a much smaller list if you choose to use such a list.

Check your entitlements and pay attention to the ID !

If you cant see either of those ids above then your card has not updated yet...you should have around 10 entitlements if this card is solely for bt sports.

the hex lengths are included in your list so agree should not be a problem but agree as well that they are not worth using imo. Your Oscam settings should update uptitlements but I have always found a CCcam protocol connection to the client works better than Nline for getting them.

try updating your channel lists - depending on the client do a scan, download a list or use autobouquets. As I said if you are using CCcam protocol rather than newcamd to connect you might find as I have it works better, then try. You need to leave the client on a channel so it can get the entitlements - I am not sure of the best channel or if it matters but I used to use sly 1

This card is obviously used for much more than bt sports looking at your entitlements so the clue is there already !!! if you previously had 18 entitlements then bt sports wont be there..as for your settings all we have is your reader config! How have you been updating your card previously?

You would know if you had the full subscription because you would be paying for it..

C5E5 is valid, I have it on right now, there are two HD 1 & HD 2 channels, & each one has it's own srvid number, not that this has any bearing on the original posters card but it's good to know all the same.

PS...it could be the Irish version
