Gigabit Ethernet speed has gone down to 11 MB instead of 60 MB/s

I originally got 60 MB speed when copying videos from the Duo 2 to Windows via a wired Gigabit Ethernet connection. Now I'm only getting 11.8 MB/s. Any idea why that would happen and how can I fix it?

Never mind, for some reason the cable was not fully plugged in which caused me to get a slower download speed.
