using oscam instead of mgcamd or cccam on xp1000?

use the linusat-support addons panel, it has vix cams and configs it will be the easiest way for you ,you will get dvbapi configs if you just want oscam only

I use OSCAM on my xp1000 but using OPENPLI. OSCAM is great because it check the fastest server for each ECM request. So if you get a subscription from 2 different services, you can be assured of a totally freeze free viewing experience as it will check which server is the fastest whenever it requests a key.
Easy to install from plugins. Use a cline to oscam convertor to automate the oscam.conf and place in /etc/tuxbox/config/oscam (if I remember correctly) and you are done!
