watermark in w7

    Just got the infamous "watermark 7601" on w7 x64 bits ,,had noticed the net connections slowing down page opening..
    this has been out since March 2011 apparently and here is the solution that worked for me :
    write this in


    CMD : BCDEDIT -SET LOADOPTIONS ENABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
    BCDEDIT -SET TESTSIGNING OFF


    If you notice something failing to work then you can just do the same ending in:


    CMD: BCDEDIT -SET LOADOPTIONS ENABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
    BCDEDIT -SET TESTSIGNING ON
