Hi, I'm very new to this type of system, but BT sport among other channels are not coming through on my ***box F3. My provider says it should be working fine, but won't give any troubleshooting guide to resolve the problem. Could there be a simple fix? I'm probably missing some technical info to help here but again, I'm very New!! Thanks.
