get this error when putting in the smargo reader to my vuduo on vix 3.0 running oscam

    maybe i am doing something wrong dudes but i get this error when putting in the smargo reader to my vuduo on vix 3.0 running oscam. Hope someone can help. Smargo is 1.3version of drivers also.


    i get this error in the log:

    Yes buddy.. Delete the file named oscam in /usr/softcams.. Download from the link above, Extract the file then FTP the file named oscam to /usr/softcams.. Right click on oscam and change attributes/permissions to 755.. Restart oscam from softcam manager..

    ok i will ftp the 2 files over and chmod them both to 755 and erstart when i get a chance


    does it matter that the filename in the download is only names oscam?


    also do my config look ok?

    ok so i should insert the smargo with the card in it and then telnet to the box and get the correct output for smargo yeah?


    or can i insert the smargo without the card in order to get the output from telnet?


    sorry if i sound dumb here i just want to make sure im doing it correctly

    this is what i get:

    no this is the first time i have tried the smargo mate


    maybe the smargo isnt programmed correctly but wheni installed drivers it waid write successful so i took it that its ok

    i pointed the smargo to the drivers folder were i downloaded them and then i set it as follows in smartcardreader.exe
    mode = Autoswitch
    kernel = dreambox
    t-mode = 0
    egt = 0

    ps the smargo reader is called: smargo smartreader+ plus usb card reader for dreambox vu+ linux or windows


    also on the smartcardreader.exe there is no option for FREQ -nan Mhz
