movie editor that shortens movie?

    hi all
    is there a addon for the vix image ona vu+duo that can cut and shorten a movie?
    using cutlist editor does not shorten a movie as far as i know is this correct?
    i have a movie that is 6hours long and i only what 1hour in the middle can this be done?

    You could copy movie to PC and use a tool like FormatFactory to cut/shorten/edit?
