and its named "duplicate", the client never complains, but what does this mean?

thanks, but chequed in users, there is no doble entry.
the user says his tv is ok, will tell him to reboot, we will see.

You should be able to see where this comes from by watching the log at startup,it is possible the double may be your own receiver what do you see for clients?
do the ip addresses noted in webif match for the user ????
if not then he has passed the line to someone else also
if they do then he could be running two boxes on the same ip address.
Also your peer who is connecting to you could have made a duplicate entry his end
