Are you trying the corrct IP ??? search for the IP in DCC .
(in the DCC folder for duo2 edit the DCC.ini in the folder and you will see your password)
can you telnet ?? if so change the password and full restart then try.. -

possibly the IP or the password... I imagine you have all ports closed???
give the duo2 a FULL restart and see if it sorts it.. -
When I FTP to the duo2 it says status (connection established, waiting for welcome message)
Is that telling you anything. -
I dont usually use filezilla to communicate but have tried it out to test and this is what I have deduced:
all its saying is that it has connected with that IP but you need to enter correct user: root and password(your password) port 21
so i would say you are not entering the correct password possibly.... -
Look up in the menu of the image under network what ip addy has been assigned to the duo2, just in case it has changed due to a reflash/upgrade etc...

Try rebooting the router & duo2 bud.

Hi mckee25,did that but no luck and here is what the box says when trying to ftp.
Error, could not connect to server,
Status, waiting to retry,
Response, vsftpd:error while loading shared libraries: /lib/ libcap.so.2:file too short.
That last line is in green.Does that tell you anything, the ECM showing as nan isn't important to me.
Regards Toothfairy.

Tooth , if you have got a decent recent backup ,just reflash it ,,will be faster in the long run..
