quick 1 my EMM UQ written are 9 and then EMM QU skipped is 125 is this ok or not

Probably, would only write the EMMs if it needs to, if they are not needed they will be skipped.

theres a lot of emms flying around at the moment. i noticed that freesat card emm are sent more regularly than subscription cards
