Recording issue on vu+ duo latest box image

Hi everyone, I've just came across a recording issue I hope can be sorted out, I had noticed my last few recordings have failed in the sense that they are showing in recorded items but zero hours and minutes have recorded, so after a bit of fault finding I have noticed when I record an a channel then same channel says tune failed as if something is using up both tuners, I have checked tuner settings and all looks as it should, it's been set up the same way for over 1 year now. Any suggestions? Thanks
