card reader error

hi guys,

do these errors mean that there is something wrong with my viewing card or is it that my card reader is not configured correct??

any help much appreciated

the setup is a linus server i followd that fellows tut on that and it worked a treat am now having problems with the card reader its a TBS3102 5 Crystal Phoenix/Smartmouse Card Reader, i can make changes to the config of the reader through oscam but what ever settings i do i have no look

any ideas would be appreciated
